30 Second Interview:
Biggest work challenge: Working through the night for several weeks doing a client handover resulting in eating too many takeaways.
Wine or beer? Wine three times a day – before, with and after meals. Beer in the sunshine or if there is nothing else!
Worst journey? Walking down Ayers Rock in the hot, hot sun with no shoes on. After many weeks of touring Australia with thin canvas shoes and no money to buy new ones, the soles fell off half way up Ayers Rock!
Favourite book: When I was a teenager Kane & Abel - I need to read it again as that was several years ago … I also love The Island by Victoria Hislop. A compelling story about the Spinalonga leper colony. Everyone should read it.
Perfect weekend: I run a bouncy castle business with my husband and the perfect weekend would be him having a whole weekend off from his ‘normal’ job, with all castles out both days and lots of sunshine and no rain!
