Jessica is an experienced trade mark attorney. She began her career in private practice, before becoming in-house trade mark manager for the UK’s leading sports retailer. She has represented a range of clients, from large corporations to start-up companies across various sectors, including IT/software, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction, packaging, beverage, cosmetics, retail/fashion and to the service industries. She has advised on contentious and non-contentious IP related matters including portfolio management, IP due diligence, trade mark clearance and registration, enforcement and opposition, assignment and infringement. Her in-house experience has enabled her to approach matters from a business and commercial perspective to assist her clients in implementing trade mark strategies.
